All top-down, all fully animated, all drawn in a 16×16 tileset style with a shared feet-center pivot — so heroes, townsfolk and enemies drop into one animator setup and line up on the same tile grid.

Heroes

Mage

Staff-wielding spellcaster with melee, magic and fireball attacks plus matching 4-direction VFX. Idle, walk and attacks in all 4 directions — a ready-to-play caster class for your party or your enemies.

Elf Archer

Bow-focused ranged hero — 28 clips · 334 hand-drawn frames. Idle, walk and a 4-direction dodge roll, 4-direction bow shots, a full draw → release → recover combo, a fast-fire loose, 4-direction hit reactions and four death animations (including left/right knockback tumbles). Ships in smooth and classic timing versions, with 4-direction arrow projectiles in extras/.

Warrior — standard & modular

Sword-and-shield hero with a full 4-direction move and attack set. Ships in two forms: the standard baked warrior, and a modular body-only version whose weapon, shield and hand pieces live separately in items/ — layer, swap, recolor or remove gear at runtime.

Monsters

Monster Starter Pack — Goblin · Skeleton · Slime · Bat

The first four enemies for your dungeons and overworld. 61 clips · 377 frames — idle, walk, 4-direction attacks, hit and death, including two Slime death variants and the Bat's standalone projectile FX.

Monster Second Pack — Orc · Lizard · Mushroom · Golem

The biggest monster drop in the series — 5 sets · 83 clips · 1,136 hand-drawn frames (Orc, Lizard, Mushroom and the mossy + clean Golem). Ships in smooth and classic timing versions, plus bonus dust / teleport FX and a golden ginkgo tree in extras/.

Town & Village NPCs

Bring your towns and villages to life — Blacksmith, Guard, Old Man, Village Man, Town Girl, Female Villager, Merchant and Barmaid. Each fully animated with idle and walk in all 4 directions, on the same grid and pivot as the heroes.
